Emma Dickinson Gater a Ribble Valley resident placed on Change. Org website a petition to Prime Minister  Boris Johnson to reject any  attempt to merge Ribble Valley Borough with other local  authorities in East Lancashire particularly Blackburn with Darwen. The petition reads
