Secretary for Ribble Valley Association
As a Chartered Public Finance Accountant, David worked for 40 years in the public sector in Local Government (Councils in Greater Manchester and Merseyside) and the NHS on Financial, Strategic and Chief Executive Roles.
He was awarded the OBE in 2007 for services to the Health of Communities in Lancashire.
After retiring, David ran a consultancy company supporting the Private, Public and third Sector. He is Trustee Chairman of Read & Simonstone Village Hall.
David was Chairman of Ribble Valley Conservative Association from 2018-2026, and is the current joint Chairman of the Pendle & Ribble Valley Conservative Federation.
