Councillor Ken Hind Longridge Councillor and Leader of the Ribble Valley Borough Council has called on the Police and Crime Commissioner Clive Grunshaw to end the policy of retreating from rural policing .
Ribble Valley Council Policy and Finance Committee voted to urge the Lancashire Police and Crime Commissioner to reverse his proposal to close the front desk at Clitheroe Police Station.
